What does "exclusive" actually mean?
Only one loan officer, one inspector, and one title company can hold each city. When someone is in your city in your category, no competitor appears. Agents and buyers see only your contact. The slot is yours as long as you're subscribed.
What happens if a slot is taken?
You join the waitlist for that city. If the current holder cancels, you're offered the slot first — before it opens publicly. You can still claim other available cities immediately.
Can I add or remove cities later?
Yes. You can add cities (if available) or drop cities at any time. Your monthly rate adjusts accordingly. Removing a city opens it to the next person on the waitlist.
How do agents contact me?
Your phone number and email appear directly in the ShowIQ app. Agents and buyers tap once to call or email you. There's no form, no intermediary — direct contact.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. There's no setup fee and no minimum term. Your slot is held as long as you're subscribed.
